In medical terminology Vascular Blemishes are Broken capillaries and spider veins and they are classified as "telangectasias". There are many other names associated with these skin growths, including "Blood Mole","Blood Dot", "Red Dot" ,"Red Spots', 'Blood Skin Tag" , Cherry Angioma" as well as the cosmetic term, "Couperose Skin". Blood moles resemble a red dot or patch and can appear nearly anywhere on the body. Broken Capillaries under the eye or around on the side of the nose , chin, cheeks as well as the neck or upper chest can be very easly removed from your skin.

People with fair skin have a higher incidence of telangectasia while more olive complexions have few problems. Possibly age, hormones, too much sun exposure, alcohol (specially red wine consumption) and other predisposing medical conditions. Trauma to the skin (as too much friction, too vigorous scrubbing) can be a cause of broken capillaries. All vascular blemishes can be removed easily and permanently with simple method of coagulation. 

Red Dots, Skin Red Spots, Blood Moles, Blood Blemishes, Scaly Itchy Red Spots, Blood Skin Tag (known as Cherry Angiomas) are skin blemishes of the capillaries, usually seen on the trunk, often found on the neck, typically result from excessive sun exposure. The surface of the skin is cleansed and prepped. A fine tipped sterile disposible probe is placed on the surface of skin tag, mole, red dot, red spot, broken capillaries, wart etc.. Low level RF and DC current is passed through the probe to the blemish. The blood in the tiny vessel is clotted or coagulated and stops flowing. The vessel is naturally absorbed into the surrounding tissue and typically within three to five days dissapear.

You need to pay attention not to disturb the treated area for next few days.
