It's been over six years since I had the first of many wonderful, relaxing facials with you. I had been to numerous salons and spas, including The Claremont, but never received the thoroughness and care that you pour into your treatments.

There are many extra touches that you have always included in my monthly visits to your salon:

• Skin analysis: Each treatment begins as though it were my first . I appreciate your thorough skin analysis at the begining of each treatment because I know my temperamental skin changes with the seasons and varying levels of stress.
• Massage: One of my favorite parts of the session has always been the shoulder, arm, and hand massage. I'm always surprised by how much tension I hold in my arms and hands!
• Hand treatment: The nourishing hand treatment and heated mitts have helped to keep the skin of one of the most heavily used parts of my body supple.
• Meticulous attention: Althought you have many clients, you conscientiously give your full attention and listen to your clients' needs... and never had an adverse reaction to your treatments or recommended products.

If  these words don't convey my overwhelming satisfaction, then I suppose the fact that I almost always fall asleep during my facials does.
